Staff always friendly. Good food decent price. All around good experience.
Convenient location with good coffee and bagels. Needed a good cleaning at my last visit. The counter running along the front window was greasy and dirty. Please get a bucket of hot soapy water and clean it!
After going to this location periodically for almost three years, I can conclude that I've never seen a more poorly managed store with as low of a standard for their customer service as this one. Nearly every order I've placed has come out rushed and/or incomplete, even after considerable explanation. The employees always seem to have better things to do or conversations to have that are more important than interacting with their customers on a basic level. I hope its quality can, at some point, match that of the Church Street location at least, but I wouldn't recommend it until they can bring it up to par.
